Starting something new can be scary, especially when it costs you money and time. However, I believe in providing the highest quality of care with 100% transparency. If you have more questions please reach out and schedule an appointment.

Do you take my Insurance?

The only insurance I am in network with is Primary Medicare (meaning no supplemental or secondary policies). I will gladly provide an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, I do take HSA/FSA cards! (See below).

Why don’t you take insurance?

I don’t believe medical necessity and services should be based upon third party decision. Patient experience, value, and the ability to tailor my services to each patient is most important.

Insurance companies often:

  • Limit the number of visits.

  • Require pre-authorization prior to being treated.

  • Limit session time.

  • Dictate where you can go for therapy services.

  • Lack coverage for services you need.

How long will I need PT?

Each person is unique. In general you can expect at least 6-8 weeks of habit forming commitment to see life change and results. However, this time frame may be longer depending on your condition and rehabilitation needs. I strive to have all goals met and return to activity participation before a release date.

How much will it cost?

After your evaluation I will provide you with a good faith estimate that outlines the plan of care including my predicted length in PT as well as total cost. I have offered incentives and discounts (see services page) to balance the payment. However, I believe in physical therapy and the quality care that is offered through cash-based practice.

You have the option to submit for reimbursement through your insurance company, pay with an FSA card, or use costs towards your deductible.

What payment methods do you take?

I accept:

  • Cash

  • Credit/debit card

  • Check

  • HSA/FSA Cards

  • Primary Medicare Insurance
