I am Dr. Kristen Schleich PT, DPT, MS, avid rock climber, recreational jogger, and leisurely dog walker. I previously worked in the commercial physical therapy setting and although worked with a great team, did not love the way I was forced to practice.

I don’t believe the quality of care I give should be dictated by insurance companies, volume metrics, or doubled patients. I value direct one on one care where your voice is heard and your thoughts matter. I love nothing more than being a part of someone’s healing journey and seeing them do things they never thought possible.

My physical therapy background includes injuries and chronic pain, aging-related deficits, rock climbing and running-specific recovery, shoe wear assessments, post-operative rehabilitation, and pediatric conditions.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Strength, conditioning, correct muscle recruitment and injury rehabilitation are some of the many ways to address challenges you are facing in the rock climbing and running spaces. I know the language and I understand the mechanics needed for you to send your next project or PR in your upcoming race!
